Incomplete Seating of Implant Crown
71 year old female presented with a non restorable maxillary right first molar. The following sequence runs through the replacement process step by step. The final crown, although esthetically and clinically acceptable was not properly seated.

Tooth #3 was extracted and the socket debrided and disinfected. No bone graft or membrane was used. After four months of healing the implant was placed, including an internal sinus lift, and allowed to heal for ten weeks prior to appointments for restorative work. About one year later the patient was referred back for unrelated treatment. The peri-apical angulation does not show what the bitewing reveals...an incompletely seated crown.
