Replacing Lower Right First Molar

Patient presented with pain in lower right posterior. #30 had marginal decay under the crown and was not restorable.


Non restorable lower right first molar

The tooth was extracted and socket debrided. No bone graft or membrane was used. Three months later the implant placed followed by 10 weeks of healing prior to impressions for the final crown.
