Replacing Upper Right Missing Teeth

Upper right premolars were extracted due to root fracture and infection. During extraction, the sockets were debrided and disinfected and no bone grafting or membrane was required. The molar, also seen on the xray, was replaced with a dental implant 6 years ago and was in good function.

Implants were placed using a tissue punch technique. This allows for minimal surgical access and reduced post operative pain and risk of infection.

Final xray shows the two new implants in place along with the molar implant that has been in function for 6 years.
